Since he began his professional activity, he has played in most of the Spanish concert halls, and in several all over the world, worth mentioning are the Philharmonics of Berlin, St. Petersburg and Munich, Mozarteum at Salzburg, Santa Cecilia Academy in Rome, Grosses Saal de la Musik Academie in Vienna, Champs Elysées in Paris, Carnegie Hall, etc. Orchestras as the Sinfónica de Galicia, Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife, Joven Orquesta Nacional de España, Orquesta de Cámara Joaquín Rodrigo, Orquesta del Conservatorio de Valencia, Orquesta de la Región de Murcia, Orquesta de Granada, Orquesta de Córdoba, Cannes Regional Orchestra, Orquesta Nacional de Cámara de Andorra, RTV Orchestra of Lubjana, Salzburger Solisten, Wüttenbergische Kammerorchester Heilbroon, Taipei Symphonic Orchestra, Beijing Opera Orchestra, Haddo House Concert Orchestra, and London Chamber Orchestra have had Javier Bonet as a soloist in their seasons, having played almost all the soloist repertoire for soloist horn, from baroque to present days including various premières with special mention to the first performance in Spain of the Horn Concert by Ligeti.  He has participated as a juror in the International Horn Contest of the ARD in Munich in the 1999 edition, being the first Spanish wind soloist to take part in this prestigious contest in all its history.
